Pros

Most people are genuinely nice and the pay is okay.

Cons

Leadership is really bad. Instead of improving the product and investing in current paying customers and improving their experience, leadership chooses to build out new products to drive sales. This results in a lot of customer churn and lagging sales due to incomplete products getting rushed. This obviously results in low morale and a need to cut costs. When it comes to cutting costs, instead of turning off some wildly expensive rarely used feature, they choose to fire people. This further decreases morale. The result of these poor decisions is a diminished workforce with terrible morale and a lot of customer churn.

Pros

- Great vision with our new AI functionalities - Great leadership that also focuses on your career growth and development - Fantastic work culture that encourages support and collaboration - Has a lot of different moving pieces as part of the platform, so there is always a constant cycle of learning

Cons

- Could be viewed as a fast paced working environment, but this is definitely a positive in my books if you are ambitious to learn and grow your skill set.

Pros

- Practical, customer-focused company that truly prioritizes delivering value - Opportunity to solve challenging business problems with AI end to end - Fast career growth and skill development across data, marketing, and all the real software systems companies are using these days - Healthy remote culture with balance, collaboration, and constant innovation - On Glassdoor, there's almost always leadership complaints, but in my opinion Simon AI has transparent and forward-looking leaders who are quick to adapt to trends. That's the nature of tech, and if they weren't this way, I think we would be out of business - Benefits / pay are great

Cons

- Fast pace can feel intense, especially when juggling multiple clients at once - As with any growing company, processes are still maturing and evolving - Requires comfort with ambiguity and self-direction (not the best fit for everyone)
