      Pros

      It's a great company that works with very prestigious authors and everyone that works there is very competent and intelligent. It is a very respected publishing house and so if this is what you love to do, working here should be very fulfilling.

      Cons

      There is not much room to grow vertically here because department sizes are fairly small. Because of this, if you are looking to start at the bottom and make it to the top, it could take a while.

      Great benefits, good leadership within imprints, incredible flexibility with office vs. hybrid.

      Communication between higher ups rarely makes its way down and the goals of a team are often not said explicitly, making one feel unsure of what's valued most.
