Pros

*smart and professional sales force *flexible schedule *good benefits, car, laptop, expenses, health, dental, 401K and pension plan *powerhouse authors and good lists

Cons

*total distain for field sales force by certain executives *hiring of a field sales manager who is incompetant and unfair *lack of communication from the New York office on a wide range of internal issue's *unrealistic time frame for getting sales goals. Rarely did we see a sales goal prior to fourth quarter. *constant layoff and reorganization *Low pay *no strategy coming out of the EVP offiece. He is such a reactionary and polarizing figure, it is truely sad *NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT IF YOU ARE A S&S EMPLOYEE

Pros

Great benefits, good leadership within imprints, incredible flexibility with office vs. hybrid.

Cons

Communication between higher ups rarely makes its way down and the goals of a team are often not said explicitly, making one feel unsure of what's valued most.
