Options to change shifts if you are favorized. Not as many orders as larger hospitals can work alone or with coworkers Bonding with the doctors and nurses Food is amazing
Cons
Not honest about pay. they offer different pay rates to different employees favoritism for workers that management knows Not truthful about pay raises Supplies tend to be shorted No Proper and organized training especially for troubleshooting issues which are very common. Nurses on 2S and 4S floors are very disrespectful and make it hard to do your job threatening your position when you have verified situations versus offering other options.
