Pros

The attitude here is very much "Yes!" Can we do it? Can we meet the deadline? Can we figure it out? Can we make it awesome. The answer is always yes, let's try our best. The team is pretty awesome and everybody tries to help each other out. I have learned and been challenged and grown so much here it's crazy. Because of the yes mentality there is constant opportunity to grow and learn new things. Other pros are team lunches and fun activities, competitive pay, fun travel, cool team mates, new fully renovated office and endless supply of snacks.

Cons

lol reading some of these negative reviews haha. I definitely know the disgruntled employees that left them and let's just say they were fired for a reason. Sure, there are things you don't love about any job, and the fast paced agency environment isn't for everybody. But if you're kind, intelligent, work hard and have a positive attitude there is tons of potential for you here.

Pros

No two days are ever the same...you’ll get to travel the world, work with fun people, free Friday lunches, and casual office environment.

Cons

Definitely a lot of learning as you go, so if you need hand-holding, this might not be the gig for you..

Pros

Friday lunches and holiday gatherings were nice morale boosters. Some opportunities to gain experience in different areas since roles often extended beyond job descriptions.

Cons

Work-life balance was very difficult to maintain. Employees were often expected to work weekends and extremely long days (sometimes from early morning until very late at night, ex 8am to 2am), especially around events. Staffing levels did not match the workload. At times, I was responsible for the equivalent of three different roles simultaneously, without additional pay or support. My first two paychecks were delayed, and I had to follow up multiple times to receive payment. Leadership struggled with communication and consistency. Decisions were sometimes reversed (e.g., letting employees go due to “lack of work” and then rehiring them shortly after). High turnover, with many employees leaving due to burnout or dissatisfaction. PTO was minimal (only 5 days of earned PTO per year starting out). The culture could feel overly critical at times, with low morale among staff.
