Pros

- Big desk space - Nice computers - Friendly co-workers - Opportunity for overtime - More respectful than most companies of your personal time

Cons

- Customers can be a pain to deal with - "Black flag culture" a sort of motivation system within the company is a little awkward - Not much room for progression on the customer service side of things. Once you are a team lead there is not a higher position to aim for except to leave and work in another department - The line between what is the customer's responsibility and what is our responsibility in preparing documents is not clear cut
