Last year’s 4-day trip to Portugal was incredible, it's exciting to see what this year's Trek is. It’s also impressive to see how these traditions have successfully evolved with the organization. Perks that Matter: Small touches like free lunch on Wednesdays go a long way in making office days more enjoyable. Strong Vision: Leadership is visibly committed to employee engagement and has a clear, dedicated roadmap for scaling our presence in the US market.

Global vs. Local Clarity: With the organization split between the US, UK, and Shared Services, the lines can occasionally get blurred. We could benefit from more clarity regarding which initiatives are US-specific versus global to help streamline communication.
