Chaotic management, little direction, boys club, no reward and recognition structure, development opportunities withheld.
The culture is very relaxed, and protecting people who do very little is part of that, so it’s a great place to work if you want to do as little as possible and get paid.
However, if you expect to be accountable for your performance and your pay/progression to align with that, I’d go somewhere else. There is little-to-no reward structure, and what exists is driven by the few at the top. From my experience it pays to have friends who can help you out, however be aware that there are already cliques in place, that are difficult to break into.
