This is an update to a previously positive review and it saddens me to write this but it is no longer a positive experience working in the CSC for Simply Business. . The CSC used to be a differentiator but now we are just a toxic call center enviroment, just like everyone else. Upper management is poor and has only gotten worse as good leaders head for the exit. Moral is very low and nothing is done to actually combat the root problem. As a matter of fact they just put a bandaid on anything that is wrong and have endless closed door meetings on ways they can skirt around the actual problems. Poor leaders continually get promoted and another poor leader just takes their spot.
