Addressing your concerns directly – at Simply Business, salaries are benchmarked and reviewed annually to ensure that we’re paying our people competitively and fairly.
We’re disappointed to learn your views on our culture and office experience. We’ve long believed our unique culture is at the heart of what makes Simply Business great. While we’re all adjusting to a ‘better normal’ following the pandemic – offering people choice and flexibility in terms of where they work – we’re focussed on encouraging a strong sense of community. Our dedicated connections committee is thinking hard on ways we can maintain – and build on – this while being careful not to “force fun”.
We’re similarly disheartened to hear your views on management. We have a number of dedicated leadership development programs – including our ‘Leading inclusively’ series – which is designed to ensure our leaders are people-focussed.
We were one of the first to develop a platform such as ours and we continue to improve the platform to the latest standards while maintaining a focus on having the best customer satisfaction score in our category.
