      A place to do top level legal work. The Litigation Department is very collegial and supports young associates in their career growth.

      Like every top NY law firm, you will work very long hours here.

      Great team and leadership, amazing benefits / perks and good work life balance. Firm is growing fast which is also exciting.

      Cons

      Very behind on adoption of AI (though that's changing) and work can be a bit manual/repetitive and not super strategic. Also major disparities in work load across teams.
