      Very smart, hard working people. Good pay and nice facilities. Lots of extra benefits like free cab, food etc.

      Cons

      Be prepared for long hours and intense working, can be very stressful and draining. People can be pushy/aggressive. Defo not for everyone.

      Great team and leadership, amazing benefits / perks and good work life balance. Firm is growing fast which is also exciting.

      Cons

      Very behind on adoption of AI (though that's changing) and work can be a bit manual/repetitive and not super strategic. Also major disparities in work load across teams.
