      The money and other perks such as spend accounts and company outings.

      Cons

      As with any big law firm, your time and life belong to the firm, just have your phone on you at all times in case an "urgent" request comes in. Work is also very inconsistent, some weeks you work 80+ hours and the next you barely work 20.

      Great team and leadership, amazing benefits / perks and good work life balance. Firm is growing fast which is also exciting.

      Cons

      Very behind on adoption of AI (though that's changing) and work can be a bit manual/repetitive and not super strategic. Also major disparities in work load across teams.
