      Pros

      Decent benefits, good people working there, however, there is not much I can really say that's positive about Sinclair Broadcast Group.

      Cons

      Sweat shop. Lots of work, not good pay. Managers have no idea what they're doing. Took the gem of Allbritton Communications and are running it into the ground.

      Good Supervisor, good quality work environment. Good Electronic Tools to use.

      Cons

      Not much really. Good place, need to be able to watch a lot of TV.
