Pros
If you can stomach being connected to Sinclair Broadcast Group and its political agenda, there is: Decent starting pay. A new office with standing desks. A big name for your resume if you're just starting out.
Cons
Unprofessional working environment from the top all the way down. High turnover due to periodic layoffs and very low morale. Also, more are leaving the company since Sinclair's ties to Trump and the alt-right has had more media coverage. A factory-style workload managed by directors who have little to no knowledge of digital products and temperamental management who have neither design nor management experience. The majority of the agency, including the directors, management, and the handful of staff who have been with the company long term, promote a culture of blame and competition within the agency. You will never get a raise. Ever. They will tell you there are bonuses, as well, which never come. The company isn't friendly or accommodating to the disabled. I experienced a few instances where those in senior positions either made fun of or talked poorly of employees with mental health issues. An employee was pressured to resign due to their taking a medical leave of absence and needing certain accommodation afterwards.
