      Opportunity to build outside sales skills and being out working with local businesses.

      Cons

      The amount of goal buckets, new software to learn (without help), micromanaging, inflexible 'rules', managers who prefer to control vs work together with their staff, and if you offer solutions to make a process more efficient, there will be an account taken away.
