Business Outlook
Pros
There is room to grow if you show initiative and work hard. The benefits are bar non to most of the companies that I have worked for. I have a large family and the insurance alone is worth the job.
Cons
Feel a little over worked at times, but with many companies, they are always looking at ways to save money. Salary could be a bit higher according to the national averages that I have researched.
