Ok for a 1st job - Solutions Architect Sinclair Broadcast Group Employee Review

Little room for growth within the company. No flexibility in dress, schedule, work from home etc makes this job unappealing as a young person. Expected to take on new roles & tasks without any pay increase. Low starting pay & no opportunity to get a raise or bonus until you've been employed for 2+ years, even then raise/bonuses are very limited. Management is so stressed out by corporate that they have little time to manage, they're just focused on appeasing the 80 bosses breathing down their necks.
