      Pros

      Love the people I work with.

      Cons

      Expect low pay is very low and long hours without any extra compensation. Treatment in some areas is poor. In a lot of departments now there is way to much work and not enough people to get it all done.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Cons

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
