      Selling TV ads is exciting and interesting

      Cons

      Management was often irrational and over worked which leaves people with minimal direction and unrealistic goals. This station's audience is undesirable to most advertisers unless they can afford primetime rates, so new business is hard to come by.

      Not much really. Good place, need to be able to watch a lot of TV.
