      The people are very kind.

      Cons

      - Each person was significantly overworked prior to the mass layoff. - Most people had the pay of one job and the responsibilities of two to three. - No accountability for mistreatment and mistakes made by higher ranking employees. - Complete lack of transparency.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
