Pros

Took a pay cut to work here, but it was worth it. Work-life balance, work from home, knowledge and growth. If they see you have a skill, they let you use it! Love my job and the company. PTO is good, manager is amazing. I look forward to work everyday. Management, culture and values are on point! I feel appreciated for the work I do.

Cons

Cost of health insurance for family is unaffordable to me, pay could be better. But 5hats everywhere anymore.
