Rules Only Apply to Some People - Driver/Installer Singer Equipment Company Employee Review

There are so many policies and procedures now. Some of us have to follow them. Others don't. Some people get 5,000 changes to screw up. Others get 1 and they get in trouble. Management makes mistakes and HR tells them "we assume you didn't know the rules" and give them another shot. If one of us regular guys did that, they'd write us up. Bonuses are sad, IF we get them. Meanwhile they send sales and management on tropical island vacations. The rest of us that do the heavy lifting don't get anything. They can't even make sure we get to do company team building events. We are the bottom of the food chain.
