Pros

Team was nice, fun working in a co-working space. Everyone likes working from home Thursdays and Fridays.

Cons

Company has had the same CEO for more than a few years but it feels like a brand new company, where processes and values are just being set. While I liked the team, I would not recommend this company. Most I knew there were suffering from MAJOT burnout with clients, having to take on work from others who were leaving/fired. There was also a lot of turnover. Maybe in a few years when they have a good rhythm going it would be a good place to work, but it just seemed it was a 'fake it till you make it'. But again, would not recommend.

Hi there, we appreciate your feedback. I’m not sure where you experienced the major turnover from but in the last 12 months we’ve had one regrettable loss. When we sent out our anonymous employee engagement survey through Inc., only one person marked themselves as unhappy and disengaged. The entire rest of our team rated Highly Engaged. We know we aren't for everybody - something we are always trying to improve in our recruitment process. We can safely assume the one person rated as disengaged was you because the date of this review corresponds with your last day at the company. I can also assume that given it was our decision to end the employment relationship, that this may have played into your decision to leave a review and the tone of the review itself. You may say that we’re ‘faking it til we make it' but I'll let facts speak given our numbers in the last few years and our high NPS scores from our clients (66.4). We don't get to work with clients like Amazon and Uber if we are faking it. But again, you are entitled to your opinion. I respect your decision to come forward to leave your feedback but it’s my job as CEO to make sure I provide facts and context to your views in a public forum as your single experience may influence others who are more suited to our company. I wish you the best!

Pros

You learn a lot here, often things you did not even realize you needed to learn. The environment moves very fast and you are exposed to many parts of the business, which forces you to grow quickly. You also work with very smart, capable people, which raises the bar and pushes you to think differently and improve your own skills. The company is very much in an AI-first phase, so everyone is expected to understand and use AI tools in their work. If you do not have AI experience, you will likely not be considered for a role. That said, there is still a lot to learn in this space and you pick up many new skills while working here because AI is integrated into many workflows and people are constantly experimenting and improving how they use it. If you enjoy problem solving, figuring things out as you go, and working in a high pressure environment with deadlines, it can be a great place to develop professionally. The skills you build here are very transferable and you can take what you learn and apply it almost anywhere you go.

Cons

The pace is not for everyone. It is definitely not a clock in clock out type of job. If you are looking for a simple 9 to 5 where you can do the same tasks every day without thinking too hard, this probably is not the right environment. Things move quickly and expectations are very high, which can feel intense if you prefer a slower or more predictable workflow.

Pros

Flexible environment with cool perks and benefits. Onboarding was great. The internal team was great to work with and I learned a lot in my time there.

Cons

Lacks overall direction - are we trying to grow the client base? Are we trying to grow with AI? Are we growing internal tools? I never really knew and often wondered if anymore clients coming on board because I never felt safe in the position no matter what I did. There is absolutely no internal processes BESIDES onboarding. After that, it's a whirlwind of all over the place. Feedback is direct, which is good at times. Other times, just saying "Use AI" might not be the answer.
