Pros
This is a great company to work for if you value your work life balance. They put a ton of effort into ensuring that balance exists. They have unlimited paid time off (that they actually encourage you to use!) They're super understanding about child pick ups, adjusting hours for weekend trips, whatever you need as long as you communicate it in advance. They also have amazing benefits that are hard to find in a lot of companies. It's also a good place to work if you're looking for growth and learning opportunities. They try to promote from within when possible and offer things like coaching sessions to help you learn the skills you need to improve.
Cons
They truly believe the pay is competitive when in all actuality, its industry standard or a bit below. They've lost some good employees and potential employees because they can't match the salary. For me, I've been willing to take a lower base pay in exchange for the flexibility, but this isn't a plausible option for everyone and is something that should be considered.
