      Pros

      They were transparent about the billing rate. Good and thorough marketing.

      Cons

      They're very unethical. They keep your salary on hold so that you won't quit. Once you do, they won't pay you your balance. I personally had a very bad experience.

      Good Company with professional teams from both USA and international location. strict payroll biweekly schedules, Immigration practice with both internal para legal and outside attorneys

      Cons

      not much to say. Only communication issues with the left employees from global locations.
