A good product hides a plethora of dysfunction and volatile upper management. The front line teams are good people. However the CEO has no respect for the “ants” that work for him. He is quick to dismiss and berate others in front of the entire company and is always the smartest person in the room. There is no upward mobility unless you’re of Indian descent and the majority of C-level are first timers in the role. Those with the most experience and who challenged others were pushed out. Leadership is hair on fire and reactionary.
