I have a job. My pay checks usually go into the bank on time.

Cons

No employer benefits. None. Nothing. They don't like to pay either. Contractors are looked at as expendable resources. They do not offer any continued education... They just want you for the money and they act like it.

Great clients that we worked with.

The drama and favoritism that is allowed within the office from upper management is horrible and unprofessional. They kept employees that caused problems and drama and got rid of the ones that we drams free and were professional. I understand they have made some changes, I hope it is better but I would not refer my worst enemy to work for them.
