Great Team/Salary Needs To Be Revised - Account Manager SiriusXM Employee Review

-Salary is below the market. The company needs to revise the commission sharing for Account Managers. It's not fair that sales is getting the % share while our commission is fixed, no matter how much money we bring to the table and help to retain. A lot of other companies offer a more competitive package which results in a lot of talented people leaving -Understaffed and SLOW hiring process. A lot of people left over the past 6 months and current AMs need to pick up some slack and work across multiple books of business
