Total instability, directionless. They pay consultants to come in and shake things up, mass layoffs, and nothing to show for it. There is little to no innovation here, it feels like everyone is stuck in the 20th century. Low pay relative to market while spending hundreds of millions on talent, my "annual raise" two years in a row did not keep up with inflation. Very little opportunity to advance as the org is already too top-heavy.
