Everyone I work with is working towards the same goal, to get the job done in the most efficient and timely manner. The management team really seems to care about their employees.
Cons
You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; it's a fair trade.
