      Great management Great vision for the future Great healthcare Great opportunity to advance Great opportunity to learn Great teamwork and team mentality Even though we're big, the employees aren't just a number. Everyone matters and is treated with kindness and respect. We don't feel like a big company because we are treated like family. I've been with the company for 30 years and I have a very large team, but I have team members that have been here for 20 years. The tenure shows that SiteOne Landscape Supply is a great place to work.

      Good benefits, The pay is okay and I work with a lot of good people, 12+ years now and from the beginning everyone feels like family.

      Cons

      Huge seasonal swing in business, Sometimes crazy busy and can't keep up.I don't really like our website, It makes my branch look like it's something it is not. I feel it is deceiving to customers. I feel we are top heavy as a company. To many people above me finding more for us to do at a branch level. The people at the branch are the earners that make everyones pay check.
