New CEO first objective is to make SiteOne a great place to work. He has been the CEO since the beginning of last year. A new Sr. Vice president of HR was hired. I haven't seen any strategies to make SiteOne a great place to work. I think we need to get more technical, management, and leadership training to improve our work environment. The company only relies in the suppliers to provide technical training. I had been working with SiteOne for 4 yrs, and I identify the following issues with SiteOne:
Favoritism, lack of professionalism from management.
Lack of feedback between managers and employers. They do not even provide professional performance reviews, so employees do not even know what skills they need to work on to move on in this company.
I feel that they do not appreciate hard work, education and/or interpersonal skills.
