      Pros

      Most of the users are friendly and are easy to get along with. The team lead is amazing and a great guy!

      Cons

      Once your hired your second level boss will do everything in his power to hold you down. Even tho he promises of moving you up. He will also hold things over your head and try to make you feel insignificant when it's time to talk about moving up. He also will lie to you in order to get what he wants

      Good benefits, The pay is okay and I work with a lot of good people, 12+ years now and from the beginning everyone feels like family.

      Cons

      Huge seasonal swing in business, Sometimes crazy busy and can't keep up.I don't really like our website, It makes my branch look like it's something it is not. I feel it is deceiving to customers. I feel we are top heavy as a company. To many people above me finding more for us to do at a branch level. The people at the branch are the earners that make everyones pay check.
