Pros
Good camaraderie with fellow employees made this place tolerable since the company was sold (2013) to CD&R, a private equity firm.
Cons
Lots of talk by CD&R about how committed they are to making this a "World Class company" (a slogan repeated endlessly), however this became a source of amusement (and irritation) for employees as the working environment (constantly short staffed, unrealistic sales goals, dirty and unsafe working conditions) continued to worsen. Management seemed increasingly nervous and unsure of themselves and this lack of confidence was unintentionally communicated to employees quite often. Very Orwellian atmosphere...
