Just a bit of advice for new, incoming managers. From the beginning you are being gaslit. Acceptance of this fact will let you sleep well at night. Your one and only true job is to insure you are profitable enough to kick upstairs the necessary moneys to insure the upper echelons multi million dollar salaries and bonuses. You do not have dreams of your own. Your job is to perpetuate the machinations set in place to fortify upper managements inflated salaries and bonuses. Accept these ideals and you will be just fine. Real truth, they are no worse and no better than any other mega corporation. Remember, your boss knows nothing about managing a branch. He is in his position because he has a college degree and you don’t. Just do what it is necessary to get the job done, keep your own personal morals, values and ethics intact and you will be fine. When you are told to due otherwise know in your heart it is they who are sinning against god - not you.
