We do reward hard work, but we also want all of our employees to have work-life balance, so if you have any further concerns please contact the HR department to discuss them. Once our trainees, who are paid at a competitive base (including company car and housing), become managers, they earn commission off the branch they are running, which increasing their pay substantially.
