Pros

Average benefits Some ability for growth depending on role

Cons

Turnover at both branch and corporate level are very high. Germany dictates everything that is done in the US. Little to know autonomy to operate in any role on the US side. Germany leadership is arrogant and not knowledgeable of the US market. US Product is not widely liked or highly reviewed. Use of lots of shady sales tactics to generate sales and commissions. I.e. fake discounts etc…
