No support from the top. Unrealistic goals but expect everything to run perfectly while cutting back way too much on labor. Pay for crew is very low with no benefits and the like to do raise freezes for months on end for all employees. They have the dm's give their numbers out to crew so they can call them if they have an issue with store managers. They micromanage and will not praise you but instead constantly threaten your job.
