      Pros

      Advancement from within. Promoting up. Do a really good job and they will give you more money, bonus, tickets to a game, or nice things.

      Cons

      Outdated systems and policies. Using mismatched hardware and software. Not adapting well to the changing times and it is showing. Lack of training but no shortage of accountability. A lot of finger pointing when there is blame to go around. Everyone fears for their job if the CEO comes around.
