Great involvement with the company, as an employee you are kept in the loop about things going on with the company and project. Higher-ups are great resources and encourage you to reach out to them. If you have problems or want to be reassigned, they will hear you out without question and work with you. OT bonus, great benefits.
Cons
Long hours, but that comes with the industry and the project.
