Pros
There is too much to list - I'm sure I will leave things out. Great workspace in a great neighborhood so we don't have to fight traffic, plenty of food & drink, several open areas to meet and collaborate freely, fantastic product that understands what it is and what it wants to be, weekly company meetings to get everyone energized, good pay, and tech products that I need to get my work done. That is just scratching the surface, and all is much appreciated. However, the thing that stands out the most is this - the people are fantastic. Management actually cares about the individuals AND they are not dirt bags. This isn't my first job, so I really appreciate the fact that my leaders take time to listen, think about best outcomes for people as well as the company. There are no individuals with 'questionable' morals to be found here - that is a differentiator! Strengths (Clifton Strengths) is a big deal here - management actually trains everyone often and emphasis this as a cultural and WORK priority.
Cons
As a startup, things move quickly, so making sure all of the details are clear and shared is still a struggle. However, I have already seen massive improvement over the past few months to correct, or at least, address this issue.
