Cons

It's still a pretty young company so there's a lot of moving parts, you have to wear a lot of different hats, and there's a lot required of you. The start-up nature might be negative for some people if they prefer a more established company. The company is also very young with many employees being recent grads or still in school, so if you like your coworkers a little more on the seasoned side it might not be a good fit.

This company has gone through MULTIPLE cycles of layoffs and rehiring, with little stability or clear direction. Leadership frequently shifts priorities and the organization struggles to commit to a consistent vision. As a result, teams are built up only to be dismantled again. It feels like a constant reset with no real progress. If you're looking for long-term growth or stability, this is not the place for you! The company still operates like a startup and hasn’t found a way to mature beyond that phase.
