Pros
It's a great environment for those who enjoy working independently and know when it's time to collaborate. There are many opportunities to own projects and to explore new ideas. Employees look out for one another and always step up to help. The product itself has never been better and it's constantly seeing improvements. Departments and teams are more on the same page than ever before. Especially with the new Mary Kay partnership, the company has a bright future. Many former team members laid important groundwork for that to come to fruition and that's not forgotten by current employees. The flexibility during COVID-19 has also been amazing.
Cons
As another review mentions, decisions are often made reactively instead of proactively. This leads to confusion and inconsistencies between departments, and it sometimes even causes problems externally when talking to customers. This is always improving, but old habits are still in the process of being broken. Pay isn't necessarily competitive and I know there have been pay disparities between similar roles in the past.
