I've been here for 2 years now. Time flies and it's because working here is a blast. Awesome place to work and the people make it worth it. We are a "strengths" based company which has expanded my comfort zone a ton. We love to collaborate & work together & apart to maximize productivity. People make the difference!!!

Cons

I wish it was closer to the freeway so I could get here quicker. I really don't have any cons to working here (Covid was tough since we didn't all get to come into the office).

This company has gone through MULTIPLE cycles of layoffs and rehiring, with little stability or clear direction. Leadership frequently shifts priorities and the organization struggles to commit to a consistent vision. As a result, teams are built up only to be dismantled again. It feels like a constant reset with no real progress. If you're looking for long-term growth or stability, this is not the place for you! The company still operates like a startup and hasn’t found a way to mature beyond that phase.
