Pros
If you are an engineer, there are none. If you are a line or assembly worker, or not associated with production, you have much less exposure to the complete and utter dysfunction from management.
Cons
Company management has absolutely no respect for individuals, their lives or families. CEO drives all management and they are absolutely terrified to tell him things he does not want to hear. Management will change your duties on an hourly basis, and 90% of everything you work on as an engineer will never be completed. You will work late, come in on weekends, all to get the most urgent project done, only to come in on a Monday to find out they canceled or changed the project the Friday before without bothering to let you know. Any management with their head screwed on straight has long since left the company, so what do you think is left.
