Thank you for providing this feedback. In regards to the salary, we have recently implemented a pay philosophy surrounded on alignment, confidence, and transparency. We have established pay rate ranges for all positions that have been verified through companies like payscale to ensure we are paying competitively. As for staffing, we definitely had a need to improve that, so we recently hired 6 additional reps.
