Pros
None. Truthfully, there are none
Cons
First off, to anyone reading this, take a moment to look through the review history. You will see multiple reviews posted, within a very short window after a spurt of negative reviews. That should be your first red flag about this company. In terms of management, there seems to be a significant gap in leadership skills. Individuals are often promoted based on their relationship with the Executive Team, without adequate assessment of their potential for effective management. When issues are raised, there often seems to be little to no action taken to address them. Particularly concerning were the reports of discrimination that were not adequately dealt with, with the offenders continuing their employment, solely because they suck up to the narcissistic CEO. The company's organizational structure and autonomy are lacking, leading to an environment of micromanagement coupled with a lack of clear direction. Decision-making, especially in product and engineering, is highly centralized and seems to be driven by the CEO's immediate and erratic preferences, with an overemphasis on speed over quality. The high turnover rate was a warning sign that I initially overlooked. The company's focus is on short-term goals with a lack of long-term planning, often leading to a chaotic and pressure-filled working environment. Reflecting on my 3+ years with the company, there were several indicators that it was time to move on much earlier.
