Pretentious Ownership - Anonymous employee SkySlope Employee Review

I’ve never felt more invisible at a company. Any interaction with higher ups outside of my direct report (C-Level Executives) is awful. They really don’t care about you and when you attempt to engage they usually dismiss you. If local employees had to go to the office more than once a week the amount of uncomfortable I am being there wouldn’t be worth the employment. Things change all the time to the benefit of the favored employees, who in my opinion, are usually the most unqualified.
