Pros

They provide the items needed to work.

Cons

They are going through and somehow removing negative reviews to help with their company rating. My previous review was removed. I also wouldn't trust the ultra-positive reviews - SkySlope would frequently offer rewards/benefits for posting positive reviews. This is the most stressful work environment I have ever been in. The leaders are two-faced, and I have never been with a company that feels so clique-y and downright stressful. They try to offer silver linings with things like work events and free stuff, but all of that comes at the cost of a living wage and an appropriate work-life balance. I was constantly drained while working here. I watched the most immature people get promoted into leadership positions they had no right to be in. The work load is insane for the amount that you're paid. I frequently heard from coworkers how this place heightened their anxiety and made them scared to even show up for their jobs because they were worried about the verbal abuse they were going to receive from clients. Leadership did nothing to help this, and did not hear out their team. The CEO is more concerned with being an influencer rather than running his business. Working for Support is nothing more than working for a glorified call center, and even then, an actual call center would probably pay you more. Save yourself and work literally anywhere else besides this company. I was here for years. Do not trust the positive reviews.
